1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless required by applicable law:

  • Digital products (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.


4. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  2. You are responsible for securely packaging the item for return
  3. Returned items must be shipped within the timeframe specified in our approval email

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item).


5. Refunds

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
